Company Return Policy

General Replicars, Corp. is completely dedicated to your total satisfaction. Please read this page carefully before you make a purchase decision or would like to make a return or an exchange.

Please take note that General Replicars, Corp. has no control over factory imperfections and that we are not responsible for shipping costs on returns. Occasionally a package is incorrectly labeled or is damaged in transfer, if you receive a defective or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and General Replicars, Corp., will be more than happy to replace your defective product within 30 days and shipping will not be applied. We will promptly send you a replacement after you have returned the wrong or defective product.

We accept Visa and MasterCard. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. Delivery can take approximately 4 to 6 weeks.

If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item for a credit card refund less a 15% return fee. However, we will waive all return fees on returns processed for merchandise credit ONLY, which can be used on future purchases with General Replicars, Corp.

All sale & close out items are final.
Shipping charges are non-refundable
Returns must be received within 30 days of purchase.
Returns must be insured and prepaid by the carrier of your choice.
Refunds or exchanges will be for the full purchase price, minus shipping and handling.
All returns must be received in all original packaging with a copy of the invoice along with the completed return form on the back of the invoice.
All defective models may be returned for replacement of identical models only.
Canceled orders before your product is shipped, will be fully refundable. With most orders, we do not charge your credit card until your order is ready to be shipped.
Shipping is at the buyer's expense unless the error is made on behalf of General Replicars, Corp.

We are not responsible for defects or damage caused by customer error. Our full liability is limited to refund or credit of purchase price of merchandise.

If the customer refuses the package and it is returned to us, we will treat it as a return. Customer will receive a refund for the purchase price, minus shipping and handling fee.

All other returns processed with a credit card refund, will be subject to a 15% return fee. We will waive all restocking fees on returns processed for merchandise credit ONLY, which can be used towards any order placed with General Replicars, Corp.

Please refuse any physically damaged boxes from UPS and notify us immediately for replacement.

We highly recommend a return shipping method that is traceable as we are not responsible for lost return shipments and we will not be able to credit you for items that do not reach us.

As soon as we receive your return we will send you a replacement, exchange or refund according to your instructions. If the product is returned in bad or damaged condition, no credit will be issued and product will be returned to you.

Canadian & International shipments

The shipping charge for Canada & International orders is based on the weight of the package at the time of shipment and takes approximately 2 to 3 weeks for delivery.

The recipient is responsible for all GAT & VAT taxes and duties upon receipt of your order. General Replicars, Corp. has neither information nor any control over these charges.

The initial estimated shipping charge we provide you with at the time of the order is not the actual shipping cost.
